424Archive is an online vintage store offering carefully selected vintage and pre-owned clothing, footwear and accessories.
Because many of our pieces are vintage, one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, an item may become unavailable at any time. We reserve the right to change product availability, descriptions and prices without prior notice.
2. VINTAGE ITEMS & PRODUCT CONDITION
All items sold through 424Archive are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible.
Vintage and pre-owned pieces may naturally show signs of previous wear, including minor marks, fading, fabric changes, imperfections or other characteristics associated with age and use. These details are part of the nature and character of vintage clothing.
We recommend carefully reading the product description and reviewing all available photographs before purchasing.
Any significant flaws that we are aware of will be mentioned in the product description whenever possible.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately represent each item.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions or device settings.
Measurements are provided to help you choose the appropriate size. Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing, so we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar item you already own.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with 424Archive, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any mistakes.
Due to the unique and limited nature of our vintage pieces, items are only reserved once the order has been successfully completed.
In exceptional cases, such as technical errors, incorrect pricing or an item becoming unavailable, we may need to cancel an order. If this happens, you will be informed and any payment already made will be refunded.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the 424Archive website are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and shipped.
424Archive reserves the right to correct pricing or technical errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
424Archive ships all orders from Germany to customers worldwide.
Orders within Germany generally arrive within 4–7 business days. International deliveries, including shipments to the USA and Asia, generally take around 7–14 business days.
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Orders over €400 qualify for free shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
For purchases made by consumers within the European Union, you generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to the applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period normally begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

This statutory right does not affect any additional rights you may have if an item is defective or does not correspond to its description.
8. VINTAGE CONDITION
Because 424Archive specialises in vintage and pre-owned pieces, every item may have characteristics that reflect its age and previous use.
Small imperfections, natural signs of wear, fading, variations in fabric or other minor characteristics may be present and are not necessarily considered defects.
We provide photographs, descriptions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Any notable flaws that we are aware of will be included in the product description.
Please note that the vintage or pre-owned nature of an item does not exclude any statutory consumer rights that apply under German or EU law.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using our website, you agree not to engage in activities that may damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website or the experience of other users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce harmful software, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or misuse any information obtained through it.
